Michael is a Senior Vice President – Global Practice Lead at TekLink International, Inc. Being a former Platinum Consultant with SAP America Inc., he has over 25 years of extensive experience implementing various solutions including over 15 years implementing Planning, Reporting, and Financial Consolidation Solutions. His diverse background includes experience covering the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Oil-Gas, and Retail industries.
Michael is a noted speaker at events and planning and analytics conferences presenting topics such as “Best Practices When Implementing a planning solution”, “Global Planning Solution Rollout Lessons Learned”, and “Performance Optimization” to name a few.
A few of his other accomplishments include:
- Bringing real-world business experience having worked for multiple Fortune 500 companies as a financial analyst
- Created a planning process that combined the Sales, Finance, and Operations forecasts and integrated the resulting forecast with ECC and MRP process
Designed and built an integrated global S&OP process for a $2.5 billion consumer products company - Led and created Design, Roll Out Plan, and Integration Plan for a $6 billion global ingredient manufacturer including Sales, Operations, P&L, and Balance Sheet Planning
- Led design and roll-out of global implementation for a $66 billion consumer products company replacing multiple disparate planning tools globally enabling common planning practices and creating a “Single Source of the Truth”
Prior to joining TekLink in 2006, Michael worked as a Platinum consultant in the FI/CO and Business Planning areas for SAP International. Prior to SAP International, he worked in FP&A for both Kimberly-Clark and The Wm. Wrigley Company.
Michael has a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Marquette University
