He has been working with SAP’s Business Information Warehouse since it was launched, and he has consulted for more than 25 implementations.

Prior to joining SAP America, he had been part of a Software Development Team at Anderson Consulting and worked as a senior analyst at Tata Consulting Services.

Pankaj has a Master of Technology, Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from one of India’s top Technology Institute (IIT), a Diploma in Industrial & Business Management and a Bachelor of Engineering and Mechanical Engineering.

Doug is a Senior Vice President setting the vision and strategy for our sales and marketing teams at TekLink International, Inc. He has more than 18 years of Information Technology and business experience. He has managed sales and accounts, led projects, designed solutions, performed reviews and ultimately ensured customer satisfaction over his consulting career.

Doug was one of the lead developers of the R/3 Consumer Products Solution, spending 4 years abroad at SAP Headquarters in Walldorf, Germany. In addition, he was also one of the original SAP America Platinum consultants, having specialized in Sales and Distribution and helping large multinational companies in their Global Standardization efforts.

Prior to joining TekLink in 2008, Doug was the Hitachi Consulting Midwest SAP Practice Lead, growing the SAP Midwest Practice several-fold during his tenure. Prior to Hitachi Consulting, he spent 15 years at SAP America working in many different organizations within SAP including Development, Industry Business Units, Consulting and Sales.

Doug has a Master of Entrepreneurship with honors from University of Maryland- Robert H. Smith School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.

Andreas is a Vice President and Managing Director heading our European operations at TekLink International AG. He has more than 20 years of experience consulting clients in different industries and geographies on business and business intelligence strategies, architecture and managing the delivery of complex projects.

As a recognized thought leader, technology activist and expert in the SAP Business Intelligence space, Andreas is proactively involved in the German Speaking SAP User Group (DSAG), chairing the Business Analytics Platform chapter and co-chairing the Swiss BI & Analytics chapter. He has also chaired the HANA Analytics chapter, was one of the principle drivers behind the DSAG HANA Analytics White Paper and hosted the DSAG SAP Predictive Analytics focused event.

Prior to joining TekLink in 2014, Andreas headed the European SAP Business
Warehouse/Business Intelligence/HANA Practice for one of the largest international IT Service Providers.

Andreas holds a Diploma in Computer Science with a minor in Business Economics from Technical University Munich and University of Hagen. His thesis on artificial intelligence was focused on Federated Expert Systems in Investment Advisory.

Michael is a Vice President and head of Global Delivery for TekLink International, Inc. Being a former Platinum Consultant with SAP America Inc., he has over 20 years of extensive experience implementing SAP solutions including over 10 years implementing SAP Planning, Reporting and Financial Consolidation Solutions. His diverse background includes experience covering the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Oil-Gas and Retail industries.

Michael is a noted speaker at SAP events such as SAPinsider Financials and BI Conferences, ASUG Chapter meetings and SAP events presenting topics such as “Best Practices When Implementing BPC”, “Global BPC Rollout Lessons Learned”, and “BPC Performance Optimization” to name a few.

Prior to joining TekLink in 2006, Michael worked as a Platinum consultant in the FI/CO and Business Planning areas for SAP International. Prior to SAP International, he worked in FP&A for both Kimberly-Clark and The Wm. Wrigley Company.

Michael has a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Marquette University.

Manish heads the India Development Center responsible for India operations, delivery and sales efforts at TekLink International, Inc. He has over 19 years of IT consulting and management experience based out of Hyderabad, India.

Recognized for his excellence in multi-shore deliveries and building high performance teams, Manish has delivered more than 700 person years of complex projects and programs for global customers across technology platforms. An ardent quality champion, he has an impeccable record in ensuring on time, within budget and high quality deliverables as well as institutionalizing processes and quality standards. Manish has strong belief that continuous efforts are required to unlock true potential of any individual or team. He excels in building and motivating teams, competency development, recruitment & retention and conflict resolution.

Prior to joining TekLink in 2011, he has performed leadership roles in some of the leading Indian IT organizations. He also brings a rich understanding from past experiences in the insurance, manufacturing, travel and transportation industries having expertise in Supply Chain and Human Capital Management.

Manish holds Masters in Industrial Engineering and Management.

Manish is a Vice President and Chief Architect at TekLink International Inc. Being a former Platinum Consultant with SAP America Inc., he has over 20 years of extensive experience implementing SAP solutions including over 17 years implementing SAP Business Intelligence Solutions at numerous Fortune 500 companies.

Manish was one of the leading Platinum consultants at SAP America. SAP Platinum Consultants are a highly exclusive group of consultants considered to be senior ‘thought leaders’ in the area of SAP solution knowledge transfer to customers and colleagues. Manish performs design and performance reviews, participates in “fire-fighting” spot assignments, teaches SAP BW classes and is a frequent presenter at ASUG, Sapphire and Tech-Ed.

• Created and maintained a substantial TekLink consulting practice at large consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies while often times going head-to-head with much larger consulting firms.

Before joining TekLink in 2005, Manish spent 8 years with SAP America Consulting. Prior to SAP America, Manish worked as a Finance Manager at Case New Holland and also in Public Accounting at PWC.

Manish has a Masters in Business Administration from University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Chartered Accountant from India. His undergraduate degree is in Accounting from India.

Arvind is an accomplished business and technology Chief Architect at TekLink International, Inc. He has over 20 years of industry experience in designing and implementing large business intelligence (SAP BW, BW on HANA), planning (SAP BPC, BW-IP), SAP Business Objects, SAP Accelerated Trade Promotion Management (CRM) and SAP ECC solutions.

Arvind is very hands-on in developing SAP Business Warehouse, SAP HANA and planning solutions and he is a frequent speaker at Americas’ SAP Users’ Group (ASUG) conferences. He also provides mentorship, inspiration and support to develop next generation of consultants at TekLink.

Hari is an Associate Vice President setting a winning strategy and execution roadmap at TekLink International, Inc. He has over 22 years of experience in selling and leading engagements, managing customer relationships and strategic alliances, building & executing IT roadmaps, architecting & developing solutions, mentoring consultants & leaders, building and managing Analytics Center of Excellence (COE) and managing large ERP and analytics programs with a focus on SAP tools and technologies.

Hari manages several of TekLink’s key clients as executive sponsor, trusted advisor and partner; he runs our analytics advisory and trade management solutions (consumer products) competencies; and he is a frequent speaker at national and local SAP focused events such as ASUG, Sapphire, SAP Insider on topics such as Enterprise Data Warehousing, Analytics, Trade Promotion Management on HANA & Customer Business Planning for Consumer Goods, BI COE & Governance.

Prior to Inforte, he worked at PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers Management Consulting) and Tata Motors (Sales & Services).

Mechanical Engineering from Delhi University.

Amol is an Associate Vice President leading the Client Services Team at TekLink International, Inc. In his more than 16-year career, Amol has been actively engaged in providing business intelligence (BI) solutions and architecture consulting services. He has driven BI engagements of various sizes to success at multiple companies in the manufacturing, retail, consumer packaged goods (CPG), automotive, and telecom industries.

Amol is also a trainer, author and regular speaker on business intelligence. He is recognized for his popular and best-selling books:

Sandeep is a Senior Director of Enterprise Analytics at TekLink International, Inc. He is an accomplished technology and business consultant with over 25 years of industry experience in designing and implementing Enterprise Applications and Analytics solutions. He has led successful implementations of Enterprise Applications including Finance, Supply Chain and Procurement Applications in Media, Manufacturing, Distribution, High-tech, Hospitality, Bio-tech and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industries.

Sandeep is a recognized leader in the development of Enterprise Data Warehousing, Analytics, e-Business and Order Management applications. He specializes in Relational Databases (such as SAP HANA, Oracle, Teradata, SQL Server), EDW, ETL, Enterprise Architecture, Advanced Analytics and Data Architecture, E-Commerce application and Web Technologies and has led numerous Enterprise Application implementations with focus on delivering immense business-value by making best use of technological innovations.

Sandeep also worked as an architect to design, build and support Financial Accounting packaged software for TCS, India.

Sandeep has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Diploma in Business Management from Indore University (India).

Pravin is the Director of Business Analytics at TekLink International, Inc. He also leads the global SAP EDW practice at TekLink. With over 16 years of SAP Analytics and EDW experience, he brings sharp technology and business acumen when advising clients on their BI programs, architecture and future roadmaps

Madhu is a Director of Technical Services at TekLink International, Inc. He has more than 15 years of Information Technology experience focusing on SAP BASIS, Security, HANA, Big Data Technologies and Infrastructure Services. He has a proven career managing global customers, leading projects and architecting technical solutions.

Madhu currently leads the Technical Services Practice providing our clients affordable, high quality SAP technical administration and support.

He spent 8 years in TCS as BASIS – Administrator, Lead, Architect, Delivery Manager and BASIS Practice Lead. As practice lead, he was focused on global pre-sales support, delivery management and global recruitment of BASIS employees. He was also actively involved in delivery of BASIS services to over 1,000 SAP hosted internal customers.

Madhu has Masters in Computer Science from Indian Institute of Sciences – Bangalore (INDIA) and Bachelor degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from JNTU – Hyderabad (INDIA).

Carlos is SAP Business Planning and Consolidation Director at TekLink International Inc.  He has a strong technical and managerial background with over 20 years of SAP experience including SAP Business Intelligence (BI, Business Objects, HANA) project management and configuration, SAP Financial Planning (BPC, PBF, BPS, BW- IP and SAC) project management and configuration, Basis administration including but not limited to installation, security, production support, database and operating systems administration.

Carlos has participated in the implementation of complex financial planning scenarios for both the public and private sector. He has a thorough understanding of development, implementation and support, as well as exposure to many facets of system administration with Financial Planning projects. He has extensive knowledge and skills in assessing and delivering analytical solutions.

As a Chief Architect – S4/ Finance at TekLink International, Inc., Suresh leads TekLink’s SAP Finance solution development, implementation and training of such solutions.  Suresh is a Chartered Accountant with over 28 years’ experience in the industry that includes 8 years of functional experience in finance and cost accounting roles, 5 years of SAP FI/CO, over 15 years of SAP Planning & consolidation solution architecture & solution delivery experience. He is a former SAP Planning Principal Consultant with SAP America Inc. Suresh has deep function and technical background and experience in designing, developing and deploying financial consolidations, integrated financial planning and analytical reporting solutions at CPG, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Service, Apparel, Oil-Gas, and Retail industry

Prior to joining TekLink in 2006, Sureh worked as a Principal consultant in the FI/CO and BI areas for SAP America, Inc. Prior to SAP International, he worked as Controller, Sr. Finance Manager at Stiles India Ltd heading Finance and cost accounting departments.

Suresh has a Bachelor’s Degree in commerce from Nagarjuna University and an Associate Member of Chartered Accountant from India .

Dr Agarwal is Data Science lead and strategist at TekLink. As TekLink’s Chief Data Science Advisor & Consultant, he is engaged in providing actionable strategies and innovative solutions using data science to drive business value to customer.

He has contributed in several areas in his 25+ year career working for some of the World’s top organizations as a Product Manager, Head of Data Science Practice and also as an Educator (Professor at a leading Management Institution).

Nitin has created, led and operated a Global Data Science team working on fortune 100 customer’s problems. He is a recognized leader in providing architecture of the algorithm to solve real life business problems and leading the team to implement these solutions. Several times, he has contributed to solving seemingly intractable problems in marketing, operations and services functions for World’s leading organizations.

Nitin has a PhD from North Carolina State University and master’s from UNC Chapel Hill. He is a graduate of prestigious IIT, Mumbai. He worked for nearly a decade at SAS before moving back to India and was a faculty for over a decade at Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Indore (a premier management institute).
