Our client is one of the largest beauty retailer operating over 500 stores within the United States.
The client had never worked with a BW on HANA system and had not installed one in-house either.
They were looking for expert services to assist in the BW on HANA installation activities.
Another concern was that they needed to ensure adequate knowledge transfer to their resources to enable them to support and further develop the system after the initial installation and implementation. They knew keeping the project and system knowledge in-house was critical to allowing their internal team to expand and grow.
The project was run for 45 days under the able guidance of a chief architect from TekLink’s Technical Services team.
